At Rueesky, we stand behind the quality of our products and the health of our customers. In compliance with global consumer protection standards, we offer a 15-day return and exchange window from the date of purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth process, please ensure the following conditions are met:
  • Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Visual Inspection: Photos or videos of the product may be required for preliminary approval, especially for quality-related claims.

2. Specific Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are strictly honored under the following medical and functional criteria:
  • The product is determined to be a poor fit or functionally incompatible during the initial fitting.
  • The product is negatively affecting the health or healing process of the patient.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility): If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, Tuseesky will bear all return shipping costs.
  • Personal Reasons/Exchanges (Customer Responsibility): If the return is due to non-quality issues (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The specific fee will depend on the carrier you choose.
  • Restocking Fee: If the original packaging is damaged upon return, a 20% relisting fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

4. How to Process Your Request

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our support team at support@tueesky.com. Please provide your Order Number, return/exchange card, and a brief explanation.
  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide the Return Address via email within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and share the tracking number with us via email.
  4. Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 1-3 business days of us receiving the package.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, contact us at support@tueesky.com
