2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

3. Expedited Shipping Rules

  • Expedited shipping services operate on weekdays only (Monday – Friday).
  • Example: If an order with a two-day shipping window is dispatched on Friday, it will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping for weekend deliveries.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of dispatch

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Tueesky is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
